Copy the Previous Line

These are meditative drawings that study the process of generation and mutation. I begin with a straight line and try to copy that line by hand. Inevitably, mistakes are made and these develop into structures and landscapes. The concept of personhood emerges where each decision we make is impacted by our previous actions.
